SHIPPING
Standard shipping is included in the $79.95 purchase price for delivery within the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, D.C.
Orders are inspected and packed before shipment. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing, followed by carrier transit time. Tracking information is emailed when your order ships.
We are not currently offering checkout shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, military addresses, or international destinations.
30-DAY RETURNS
Try the cleaner in your studio. If it is not the right fit for your painting routine, contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return.
Normal use in accordance with the instructions is permitted. Return all original product components. Damage caused by misuse, unauthorized alterations, or use with prohibited liquids is not covered by this voluntary return policy.
For a preference return, the customer pays return postage. We refund the product purchase price and applicable sales tax after receiving and inspecting the return. No restocking fee applies.
Contact us before returning the product. Never send OMS, free liquid, or solvent-soaked materials. We will provide the appropriate preparation and packing instructions before anything is shipped.
Please retain the protective packaging when possible. Contact us for guidance if you no longer have it.
SHIPPING DAMAGE OR A PRODUCT PROBLEM
Contact Fanara Fine Arts with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs where helpful.
For confirmed shipping damage or a manufacturing defect, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund and cover return postage when a return is necessary.
Do not continue using a cleaner with a loose component, unstable deck, or damaged contact edge.
